Fully renovated old farmhouse, in a 1.7 acre field with olive trees. The farmhouse is located in a small village (Ontignano), with a beautiful little Church, a waterfall and many walking paths on the doorstep. A haven of peace and tranquility fully immersed in nature. Yet Florence and all its attractions are only 5 miles away.

The house has two double bedrooms, one children's room, a studio with a large open window, a large living space area with open kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room.

There is a very large garden with three terraces, a swimming pool with salted water and heated with solar panels and many olive trees.

Practical information
Hikes / walk: You can walk out of the house and find hiking paths.

Transport: Public transport is not great, so a car is recommended. We can possibly lend you our car.

Restaurants: Many to find in Florence, also some nice ones in Montebeni (Tullio just up the road is famous in the area), Settignano (Caffe Desiderio) or in Fiesole (several restaurants are good, but Fiesole is a bit more touristic).

Note: The pool does not have a fence or alarm. Young children must therefore always be supervised in the garden or around the pool area.
