In the heart of the historical centre of Salerno, built next to Roman excavations and 200 metres from the seafront this is a basic but ideal location for both writing and vacationing.

The apartment boasts few frills and luxuries though it has all the essential comforts. The historical centre is largely untouched and non-touristic, with many local shops, excellent bars and restaurants with the main shopping centre only 5 minutes walk.

Situated on the third floor of an old palazzo without a lift, visitors should be able to climb several flights of stairs. The living area and kitchen are all on the same floor with only the bathroom on a second level. The bathroom is accessible through a fairly steep stairway and though safe and sturdy with hand rail, visitors must exercise care at all times.

Monthly rental is preferred and is offered on very favourable terms. Minimal rental is 1 week for which a higher rate is applied.
